Who Must Apply for Cipla Bursary Opportunity?

You must be a South African citizen
You must have completed your matric
Be of the ages between 17 and 25 years old
You must be studying (or registered to study) towards one of above-mentioned fields of study
You must be at a recognized university within South Africa
Fluent in English – reading, writing and speaking
Achieved an average of 70% for Matric (first year bursary applicants)
Second and third year students: achieved a minimum average of 70% for tertiary studies
You must be previously disadvantaged

Emphasis On Who Must Apply?

South African citizen

Completed Matric

Between 17 and 25 years old

Studying (or registered to study) within one of the aforementioned fields of study

Studying (or registered to study) at a recognised university in South Africa

Passed all modules/ subjects in previous semester or year of study

Fluent in English – reading, writing and speaking

First year students: achieved a minimum average of 70% for Matric

Second and third year students: achieved a minimum average of 70% for tertiary studies

From a group defined by BBBEE criteria

NOT in receipt of any other bursary funding
